Late Home Bus is cancelled for today (March 21). The only buses will depart at 3:15 pm.

We are hoping to see all scholars by 8:20 am for the start of 4th quarter today (Monday, March 20). All Juniors need to attend school March 21 and take the ACT.

Remember it is important to attend the first day of the quarter. The 4th quarter starts Monday, March 20, at 8:20 am!


Today (March 10) is the final day of 3rd quarter and grades will be finalized shortly after 1 pm. Spring Break is March 11-19 and offices are closed. Be safe and see all scholars for Monday, March 20, at 8:20 am!


It has come to our attention that scholars have been wearing a logo/brand that is NOT acceptable for school Dress Code (see page 32 of Scholar Parent Handbook). As of Friday, March 10, the "cookies" brand is no longer allowed on the school campus. We appreciate parents who no longer permit scholars to bring these items (keychains/backpacks) or wear this brand clothing to school.


Utah Navajo Trust Fund is hosting a College Scholarship Orientation for seniors and parents on Thursday, March 9, at 4:30 pm in the WHS Library.


Track Parent Meeting is on Thursday, March 9, at 5 pm in the WHS Gym.


All music groups will be performing at the Spring Concert on Thursday, March 9, at 6:30 pm in the Auditorium.


Student Council is hosting an ABC Party on March 10 at 10:12 am. In order to qualify, scholars must have all As, Bs, and Cs by 4 pm today (March 8).


SJSD Board of Education meets on today (March 8) at 6 pm. Public comment is needed (in person at district office - arrive by 5:45 pm and complete card - or via email to eewald@sjsd.org asking the contents be read into public record):
1. Meal amount, and/or
2. Spirit packs and what should, or should not, be included.
NOTES: The board does not currently support using program money for senior gifts and/or end of season banquets.

ALERT: Starting today (March 7), the Late Home Bus leaves campus at 5:30 pm on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.

GBB plays Manila High School at the Richfield High School Gym on Friday, March 3, at 11:30 am. Tickets for the 1A State Tournaments can be purchased through GoFan at gofan.co/uhsaa. Individuals will need to purchase a ticket for each day, and then will receive a wristband for re-entry purposes throughout the day. The stateprices are $10 for adults and $5 for students/seniors. Cash WILL NOT be accepted. All streaming at the tournament sites will be done through KSLSports.com.
